Our Story

The Woods Hub was founded in 2023 by Jamilya Woods, fueled by a lifelong love for agriculture and a dream of creating fairness in food. During the pandemic, Jamilya saw how small farms were struggling to survive while large corporations dominated the food system. She asked herself: “If farmers were on the brink of losing everything, what would they need most?”The answer became The Woods Hub: a place where farmers can thrive, families can shop with confidence, and communities can rebuild their connection to real food.​
